Hey, my name is Reinaldo, and this time I want to share with you why you could be frustrated and feel stuck while learning how to create a professional 3D rendering.

So as you can see fellow artists that this industry or doing 3D is actually a really fun thing to do. Part of it is because you can create your own imaginary world and make it how you want it to be. It’s like having a render custom, right? It makes you want to keep coming back to the image and revise it again and again.

Yes, I experienced this happened in the early stages of my career too. Then when a real job comes along I felt really stuck and blanked out, I didn’t know what to do for the project, the story for it, and what kind of post-production I’d have to go for. I even tried opening my older files and trying to find ideas, I even went as far as wanting to deconstruct the post-production flow and it’s still not working.

This is where “quitting” or should I say taking a break could actually save your career. Taking a break is such an underrated thing to do nowadays as people are blinded by pure hard work. But in reality, is machines gotta cool down from time to time, and in this case, it’s our brain that needs to cool down.

Cooling down is as if you’re zooming things out, then you can see all the other options and ideas again. You must be able to see the bigger picture, by then you can work and get your momentum back.

If you can’t break the wall, try to find the doors!

So that is why you should “quit” and take a break now and then, I wish you all fellow artists good luck!
